Manufactured with pam o2, this toe separator is 3D printed in an Ultra Flex TPE 30 Shore 00 material, with a HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) support structure. TPE 30 Shore 00 is a very soft material for applications of consumer daily life with regulatory requirements. It has an optimized mechanical properties at low hardness resistant to abrasion and can be associated with PP.

This part is designed with medical applications in mind. The geometry of the part is designed to be as comfortable as possible for the user while allowing correct medical care.
