For 30 years, the National S-mart Symposium has been a unique opportunity for young researchers, doctoral and post-doctoral students, to get to know each other better but also to meet their elders, experienced researchers recognized on the international level, in a place conducive to exchanges in terms of scientific research but also innovative pedagogy, the importance of which we can now see, in the particular context that has affected our businesses since spring 2020.

Unless there is a significant improvement in the health situation, the 2021 edition will be organized in digital version, taking up the challenge of preserving the convivial nature of the exchanges, so that the friendly relations which are strengthened or naturally created during this event are preserved.

The S-mart Nord-Pas-de-Calais cluster is organizing the 17th edition on the unifying theme of the digital twin in the service of Industry 4.0 and invites you to come and share your thoughts, work and projects, in research or training.
