The 4 pellet extruders have a reinforced holding and lifting mechanism and a new cooling architecture.
4 aluminum air blowing nozzles enable to increase extruded material cooling and are compatible with our interlayer heater option.
The new aluminium enclosure is designed for better maintenance and overall visual control of the print head.
Our Delta moving build plate is held by 6 new carbon rods with increased dimensional accuracy, heat resistance and mechanical strength. The rods are held together by pair with lighter springs.
The build plate is now composed of a 5 mm thick resin plate to increase flatness of the surface. It is also available in a micro perforated version. Changing build plate is now easier thanks to the screw holding mechanism.
New material cartridge
A redesign of the material cartridge allows refilling the pellets while the printer is working.
Inserting the cartridges has become easier thanks to a plastic guide.
New frame and casing
A new cooling architecture increases the electronic lifetime and especially while using the heated build volume option.
New Pam Series P is available with 2 different casings. The original wooden casing and a metallic version adapted to the heated build volume option.
The transparent sliding doors material has been changed for a non-static one.
New electronics and software
To ensure a more durable electronic with special regards to heating elements control we redesigned our extruder boards and wiring.
The software has been adapted to the new electronic and our control interface now manages the heated build volume and the interlayer heater option.
