At Pollen AM, because we are passionate of soft robotics, and we do origami workshops on Fridays, we had fun with these multimaterial grippers made of soft and rigid materials.
The back bone is in ABS and the soft shell is made out of TPU flexible material. As you can see in the above video, we obtained robust and compliant grippers.
