Small Stainless-steel Bracket
Part presentation
Manufactured with pam o2, the 3D printer dedicated to metal and ceramic applications, this bracket is presented at the sintered stage (after debinding & sintering steps), when the part is fully metallic, with lowest porosity.
The debinding and sintering operations have been made by Alliance MIM, the French MIM parts production industrial specialist.
Brackets are good candidates for 3D printing, their geometries are adapted to the 3D printing process and they generally don't require support structures. When produced in small and medium scale, Pam’s process allows to significantly reduce the production & material costs.
