Part presentation

Manufactured with pam o2, the 3D printer dedicated to metal and ceramic applications, these gyroid structures are presented at the green stage (before debinding & sintering).

After the debinding and sintering steps, the part will be completely metallic, with minimum porosity.

The infill has been 3D printed with a gyroid infill and present good interlayer adhesion, good surface finish and extreme good production regularity.
We pretty like these parts because they demonstrate Pam 3D printers capacity to produce parts with thin wall thickness.
