Manufactured with pam o2, the 3D printer dedicated to metal and ceramic applications, this grid heat exchanger is presented at the green stage (before debinding & sintering).

After the debinding and sintering steps, the part will be completely metallic, with minimum porosity.

This part has been 3D printed with an Infill density variation (4 différent infill zones).
From 1 mm to 5 mm wall distance, this part demonstrates the Pam 3D printer capacity to produce parts with thin elements.When produced in small and medium scale, Pam’s process allows to significantly reduce the production & material costs.
