Part presentation

Manufactured with pam o2, the 3D printer dedicated to metal and ceramic applications, this cone heat exchanger is presented at the green stage (before debinding & sintering).

After the debinding and sintering steps, the part will be completely metallic, with minimum porosity.

The infill has been 3D printed with a gyroid infill and presents a good interlayer adhesion. When produced in small and medium scale, Pam’s process allows to significantly reduce the production & material costs.
