Manufactured with pam o2, the 3D printer dedicated to metal and ceramic applications, this hose clamp is presented at the green stage (before debinding & sintering steps), straight out of Pam.
After the debinding and sintering steps, the part will be completely metallic, with minimum porosity.

The debinding and sintering process has been made by Alliance MIM, the French MIM parts production industrial specialist.
