This very large gear has been manufactured in PLA, a bio-degradable material.
A big nozzle size were used to speed up the 3D printing process.
The part was 3D printed with 3 contours and 20 % infill (Zig-Zag pattern).
This part of about Ø 250 mm and 280 mm in height are a demonstration of the Pam technology to produce massive pieces.
