Made of TPE 45 Shore A and with BVOH support structure material, this bellows has been manufactured on pam o2.
To 3D print this bellows, a soluble support material was used.
Indeed, several elements have significant angles.
The removal of this support structure material is achieved by plunging the part into a tempered water tank. This process can be accelerated by regulating the water temperature and using a water pump.
Once the support material has been removed, the bellows are fully functional with the required flexibility.
