Stainless-steel Bracket
Part presentation
Manufactured with pam o2, the 3D printer dedicated to metal and ceramic applications, this bracket is presented at the sintered stage (after debinding & sintering steps), when the part is fully metallic, with lowest porosity.
The debinding and sintering operations have been made by The debinding and sintering process has been made by Alliance MIM, the French MIM parts production industrial specialist.
When produce in small and medium series, brackets are good candidates for 3D printing, their geometry are adapted to the 3D printing process and they generally don't need 3D printing & sintering support structures. It alloys to reduce the production & material costs.
