Made of ABS filed with 5% of aramid fibers and manufactured on pam o2. The aramide (Kevlar) fiber present further advantages:
- Surface aspect improvement ;
- Weight reduction ;
- Impact and friction resistance increase ;
- Lower shrinkage and warpring ;
- Better inter-layer adhesion ;
- Better dimensional stability, etc.
To improve mechanical resistance of the small clips, the part was 3D printer at 45° from the buildplate.
